Rest of the world delivery, please note
- Delivery times and dates are subject to our service provider.
- Standard Rest of the World orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- Express Rest of the World orders must be placed before 2pm UK time Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day.
- Please be aware of delayed delivery times during bank holidays and busy times such as Black Friday.
- Delivery to Rest of the World may be subject to additional support fees depending on location.
Cancellation & Returns
Good news! We are extending our return time for Christmas. You'll have until the 10th of January to return any orders placed on or after the 25th October.
If you’re not completely happy with an item, we’ll give you a refund for items only, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.
